RETURN + REFUNDS

In general, since our Products are PERISHABLE + MADE TO ORDER, We DO NOT GIVE FULL REFUNDS. However, if you are truly dissatisfied with your product we will remit a partial refund, based upon our costs and excluding shipping.

EXCHANGES

We know that it’s tricky to find the right Product sometimes so we have a fairly Flexible Exchange Policy. Generally, we Permit Exchanges within 14 days of Purchase for any reason. We charge a nominal fee of $2.00(USD) + Any Additional Shipping charges. However, you can avoid the charges if you perform your exchange in Person at any of our Events.
